it's students reaching students!
In 1984 President Ronald Reagan signed a law called the "Equal Access Act" which allows high school students to form religious clubs at public schools provided that the school is federally funded and that it has other non-curriculum related clubs. The clubs must also be student-initiated and student led. The law was challenged in 1990 but upheld by the Supreme Court at that time.
Student Outreach Clubs are Equal Access Act clubs that churches can equip their students to launch and lead in their schools with a focus on outreach - sharing the love and truth of God with every student in their schools in creative and fun ways. Public schools are a mission field and churches need to equip their students to be missionaries to reach that field! Imagine the students from your church sharing the Gospel with their school's football team, musical cast & crew, basketball team, marching band, etc. Student Outreach Clubs are a way for them to do that. |

Whether you are a youth pastor, student, or parent, we would love to help your church make an impact on the schools near you. There are 42 million teenagers in America who need to hear about Jesus - and no one can reach high school students like their fellow students, the students who are already there. But they need Christian adults to equip them, pray for them, and provide resources for them. We would love to help your church start the process of reaching the schools near you!

What do we believe?
We work with students from many different churches and we encourage them to focus on the theological truths that unite us rather than what divides us. Here's our statement of faith.
1. the Bible to be the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God.
2. that there is one God, eternally existent in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
3. in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father and in His personal return to power and glory.
4. that for salvation to be given a person, one must come to Christ with a repentant heart , must believe that Jesus died for their sin and rose on the third day, and must receive him as Lord and Savior. Salvation is by grace through faith alone (Sola fide). Good works then follow salvation. They are evidence of salvation and are the fruit of the Holy Spirit in one's life. For the salvation of lost and sinful men, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely necessary.
5. in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by Whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a Godly life.
6. in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved by Jesus Christ unto the resurrection of life and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.
7. in the spiritual unity of believers in Christ.
